Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your request back at firstname.lastname@example.org. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) sachet packaging(s) with obvious signs of use:
- Packaging(s) that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (If applicable)
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we, unfortunately, do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (If applicable)
We do not guarantee exchange and will approve on a case by case basis. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any issues with our product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on your shipping address, the delivery schedule and time of your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
